Abstract

|
An effects of the functions and roles of purification on the life energy channels/n???s(n???-?odhana) and life energy(pr??as/v?yus)/how to win the control of life energy(pr???y?majayop?ya) on human health were discussed. Of the 14 life-energy channels, i?? n???, pi?gal? n??? and Su?umn? n??? are more important, and among these three, su?umn? n??? is the most important. Among the 10 life energy(pr??as/v?yus), pr??a life energy and ap?na life energy are more important, and pr??a life energy is the most important of the two. Each of these 14 n???s and 10 life energy(pr??as) has the location, function, and role. When the impurities(malas) get stuck in these life energies, life energies do not flow smoothly. In that case, yoga performers(yogis) must clean up the life energy pathway(pr??[?y?ma]jayop?ya). Also, the life energy needs to be adjusted so that it can flow smoothly. There are two ways to do this, called Sahita kumbhaka and kevala kumbhaka. Sahita kumbhaka means knowledge with expiration, while kevala kumbhaka means a stop where the inhalation and expiration are completely disappears. The synonym for kevala kumbhaka is the winning way of controlling life energy(pr??[?y?ma]jayop?ya). When this method have been completed, the fatigue, thirst, tumors of the spleen, other diseases, diseases of tri-do?as, and abdominal diseases are all destroyed, the heat and food toxins are removed, the white hair is removed, and the pr??a life energy is directed to Brahmalandhra. As such, it can be had seen that the functions and roles of life energy channels(n???s) purification and life energies(pr??as) control have a positive effects on the human health.
